Welcome to Limelight Coworks. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our coworking spaces, services, and website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Membership and Bookings

Your membership or booking grants you a non-exclusive license to use the designated space and services. It does not create a tenancy or any other real property interest.

2. Payments and Fees

All fees are due in advance. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.

3. Security Deposit

For certain memberships (e.g., Private Cabins), a security deposit equivalent to 2-3 months' fee is required. This deposit is refundable within 30 days of your membership termination, less any deductions for damages, outstanding fees, or other charges.

4. Use of Premises

You agree to use the premises in a lawful and professional manner and to comply with our Community Guidelines and Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for any damage caused by you or your guests.

5. Limitation of Liability

Limelight Coworks is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property. Our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of our services is limited to the amount you have paid to us in the preceding three months.
