Policies

  • Cancellation: Full refund >48 hours before; 50% refund 24–48 hours; no refund <24 hours.
  • Overtime: 1.5× hourly rate for each extra hour.
  • Booking Window: Min 1 hour ahead, max 2 months in advance.
  • Weekends: Closed for regular bookings. Open only for pre-approved events.

Online payments via Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking). GST 18% will be added at checkout.
